A Royal Homecoming
For years, students at Larkin High School have shared their “home turf” with their cross-town rivals, the Elgin Maroons. Now, Larkin is building a new home stadium, breathing new life into its sports programs and building on an identity that is uniquely its own!
This short documentary will follow students, faculty, and community members as both the stadium and anticipation is built leading up to the first, true homecoming game for the pride of Elgin’s west side.

For interviews, we would love to meet with Larkin Alumni, people living in the immediate vicinity of Larkin High School, current students, and faculty!
